Elche Shoe Factory
There were 60 of us who set off for this Saturday run to the Elche shoe factory/shop. When all had assembled we were greeted with a glass of wine and a brief explanation of how the factory works. With most of the shoes being made at their larger factory in another part of Elche, I think that this was one for the ladies, although there were a fair few of the men buying as well. Then we all met up again at La Cosecha restaurant Benijofar for another splendid meal. They certainly do know how to put on a good spread, which I am sure was enjoyed by all.
