Starting from the Orange Bar, Entre Naranjos, Vistabella, exiting the urbanisation, turning left towards Los Montesinos on the CV-945, driving through the town and turning left towards Rojales / Quesada on the CV-905. At the next roundabout, turning right towards Guardamar along the “Lemon Tree Road” until joining the N-332 towards Alicante. After 6kms of dual carriageway with sea views to the right, turning onto the N-332a [the original N-332 route prior to the bypass] driving through La Marina village to the first roundabout, taking the first exit to El Pinet beach. Turning right onto the unmade beach road for some 170 metres, parking on the beach carpark. The Restaurante Gallego Playa is the last building of the terraced row, Enjoy the lovely view of the 4km sandy beach which fronts the sand dunes and the forest. Enjoy a coffee and maybe a brandy! Returning along the beach road and the road towards the N-332. Cross the N-332 on the CV-853 towards Elche thence the CV-851, the CV-857 towards Matola and finally, at the traffic lights take a right along the Av d´Álgodas for 750m passing the Restaurante Monumental, turning right onto their carpark. Welcome to the wonderful, sandy, El Pinet Beach and the last building in the terrace: Restaurante Gallego Playa. Alas it was to windy for the screens to be opened.
